Many players find Episode 3 more challenging because a couple of new mechanisms are introduced. Especially antiviruses can be troublesome if you don’t know what you should do to ditch them. In this guide we have covered all 6 hacking puzzles you encounter in Episode 3. Some of them happen during the narration and some of them during the dispatch calls. What You’ll Find in This Guide:
Beach Clean Up
You face the first hacking puzzle during the Beach Clean Up call. If you send Flambae and someone else (doesn’t matter who) he will be sabotaged by Invisigal who locks him in a sensory depravation tank. Here you have three choices and if you choose “Unlock the Tank” you encounter the first puzzle which in my opinion is the most difficult one in this episode, but we have made it easy for you.
First go down the path to reach the node with two hammer, activate it then move on to the node with one hammer and activate that.
Now go back to the node with two hammers and reactivate it and go down the other path.
When you get to the node with hammer activate it. Then go right and activate the other node with two hammers.
Now activate the node with hammer, go back to the main path and go straight to the final node.
You’ll need a password and in order to obtain it you have go through a lot of node activating and reactivating but don’t worry. The password is Left, Down, Down.
And Flambae is saved.
Hack the Scammer
Here you have to find a hacker in a matrix of nodes. Just like the previous puzzle your time is limited.
Go down the path, activate the node with hammer on it and continue.
Activate the node with location mark on it to find yourself in the middle of a network of nodes.
On the bottom of the screen there’s a bar with two waves. When you get closer to the hacker the two signals will match completely.
You have to go down one node, then go left four nodes and you’ll find the location you are looking for.
Bank Robbery Hacking Puzzle
After you sentd someone you’ll get another message, asking you to choose between three options one of them being “Trap the robbers inside the vault”. This option leads to a hacking puzzle and a new mechanism.
Go down the path and activate the first node as usual.
The second node with hammer is a little bit different. After activating it you’ll see the sequence you have to enter has a question mark instead of the arrow. Do you see two brackets on two sides of the path? The sequence represents that part (the green part that you have to build). You have to go down, right, again right and up, and that’s exactly the sequence you have to enter in order to activate that node.
Continue until you reach the next node with hammer on it. This is exactly like the one before. The sequence you have to enter is: Right, right, up, right.
Go further down the path o reach the next hammer node. This one is the longest. The sequence is: Down, right, down, right, up, right, up.
And finally you’ll get to the finish node.

This is where you encounter your first antivirus. It’s a red ball that follows you around and if it catches you, then you’ll lose the hacking puzzle.
Go down the path and activate the first hammer node.
As soon as you activated the second hammer node, the antivirus will chase you. So continue down the path as quickly as you can.
Right before the finishing node you have to activate a hammer node.

Once again you have to hack into a camera system. Very easy path but an antivirus will chase you for a small part of that path.
First activate the lower hammer node, then go back and activate the upper hammer node.
Continue and get close enough to the antivirus so it chases you. Now go back, circle around and continue from the lower path. Your speed matters here. You should go fast enough so you don’t get caught. But If you go too fast the antivirus is going to go back and chase you from the other side.
Once the antivirus is on the opposite side of where it started. Go full speed and run away. As soon as you activate that node with hammer, you are safe.
Go forward and activate the final hammer node.
Helping Invisigal in Jewelry Store: Master Light
This is the final hacking puzzle of the episode and like the previous two there’s an antivirus.
Go forward. You should go as far down as possible. When you reach a hammer node activate it.
Wait at the bottom of the loop until antivirus gets close. This one is really slow, so when it is just one or two nodes away, go around from the other side of the loop and reactivate the hammer node to trap the antivirus there.
Now go to upper right part of the puzzle. Activate the final hammer node and finish the hacking sequence.
And finally you have finished all the hacking puzzles in this long and challenging episode.
