Dispatch Episode 3 Walkthrough

Spoiler Warning: This guide contains full spoilers for Episode 3 choices and outcomes.
In Episode 3: Turnover of Dispatch, things get serious. Blonde Blazer wants you to fire a member of the Z Team. You must also manage Sabotage mechanics during shifts. Your choices here affect your relationship with Golem. It also affect your Mentor Status with Invisigal and who leaves the team. This is the third part of our full Dispatch walkthrough.

Robert’s Apartment and Royd
The episode begins with Robert and Royd packing boxes in the apartment. You have a conversation with Royd.
Dialogue 1 (No Consequence):
- It’s minimalism.
- I’ve been focused on my work.
- I’m poor.
Dialogue 2 (No Consequence):
- Sounds pretty important.
- I didn’t get any of that.
- Can you recreate it?

Arrival at SDN: Golem and Blazer
You bump into Golem in the hallway, and you drop your phone. This choice is remembered.
- Watch where you’re going (+1 Antihero).
- LET IT GO (+1 True Hero).
After that in Blonde Blazer’s office, she talks about her breakup with Phenomaman.
Dialogue 1:
- Hope I didn’t contribute (+ Relationship).
- I’m sorry, Blazer (+ Relationship).
- Are you happy?
She then tells you that you need to cut someone from the team.

Dialogue 2:
- I like it (+ Relationship).
- It’ll scare them (Neutral).
- You sure about that? (- Relationship).
Dispatch Shift 1: Sabotage Mechanics
This shift is tricky because of the Sabotage mechanics. Heroes might attack each other or get into trouble on their way to a mission. But here are some Synergy Teams. If you pair these heroes, they will NEVER sabotage each other:
- Sonar + Malevola
- Invisigal + Golem
- Punch Up + Coupe
- Flambae + Prism

Hack the Scammer Solution:
Move to the first Build Path to create a connection. Then, move to the location spot to reveal points. Try to find the two correct spots: Bottom Right and Mid Left.
The Meeting and Golem’s Chair
After the shift, you have a team meeting. This is an important moment for your relationship with Golem.
Dialogue 1 (Golem Choice):
- KICK GOLEM OUT (- Relationship with Golem).
- GIVE HIM THE CHAIR (+ Relationship with Golem).

Dialogue 2 (Word Choice):
- Pain.
- Fear.
- Potential.
Dialogue 3 (Team Speech):
- You set this program on fire.
- You’re all burnt sh*t.
- All of you are Phoenixes (Best Option).

Dispatch Shift 2: Redemption
The team is more cooperative now. Here are the best picks for the second shift.

- Key 1: Down, Right, Right, Up.

Invisigal and the Jewelry Store
You talk to Invisigal while she’s at the park.
Dialogue 1:
- Fate is bullsh*t.
- You make your own destiny.
- F*** the stars.
Dialogue 2 (Major Mentor Choice):
- Take your anger out on him (Bad Mentor).
- Get one for the road (+2 True Hero).
- This could make a difference (Good Mentor).
Triple Hacking Sequence (Good Mentor Bonus): To get the best outcome (+2 Good Mentor), you must complete all 3 hacks.
- Sequence 1: Move Down -> Build. Move to second Build -> Go Right (avoid red sphere) -> Final Build -> Exit.
- Sequence 2: Build Bottom and Top. Lure Antivirus around the big square, then the small square. Trap it in the third Build spot. Go to Exit.
- Sequence 3: Build Lower spot. Lure Antivirus around the square. Return to the same spot to trap it. Build second spot -> Exit.
Who to Fire in the Team?
Back at the office, you talk to Blonde Blazer:
- No, I don’t.
- I hope so (Good Mentor).
- Everyone has a shot (Good Mentor).

Blonde Blazer asks you to fire one hero. This ends the episode and gives you a specific Achievement/Trophy.
- Option A: CUT COUPE
- Result: You receive a Knife.
- Consequence: Punch Up will dislike this (Low Relationship).
- Option B: CUT SONAR
- Result: You receive a Tie.
- Consequence: Malevola will dislike this (Low Relationship).
- Option C: DO NOTHING (Let Timer Run Out)
- Result: The game automatically cuts Sonar.



Choose wisely! This decision changes your team for Episode 4.
