The Fourth Church of Marika Sacred Tear location is on a plateau in the far west of the Weeping Peninsula. You will find it on the ground at the statue’s feet at the back of the ruins, and there is a Site of Grace inside. How to Get to the Fourth Church of Marika Location
Start from the Church of Pilgrimage and ride southwest. Stay on the higher fields instead of dropping to the coast, because the cliffs there will waste your time. It is open grassland the whole way. So Torrent covers it in under a minute.
You will hear the Walking Mausoleum before you see it. That bell means you are going the right way. Weeping Evergaol sits north of the church and Witchbane Ruins south, so use those to correct yourself if you drift.
Haven’t crossed into the peninsula yet? Take the Bridge of Sacrifice south of Agheel Lake, and grab the map fragment sitting in the open field along the main road on your way down.
Worth a two-minute stop at Tombsward Ruins for the Winged Scythe.
Where to Find the Sacred Tear
Head through the entrance, and you will find the Site of Grace inside the ruins. Rest, then look at the large statue at the back. The Sacred Tear is on the ground at its feet, glowing. That is the whole pickup.
The Mausoleum Soldiers outside are the only thing standing between you and it, and they are not much of an obstacle. These are headless spirits that flicker in and out of existence. They take the most damage from Lightning, then Holy, then Fire. Magic barely scratches them, and status effects do nothing at all.
My advice? Ride past them. Approach from the church’s side crack rather than straight up the front, and you can grab the tear without having to fight.
What the Sacred Tear Does
Use a Sacred Tear at any Site of Grace, and it permanently boosts how much your Flask of Crimson Tears heals and how much FP your Flask of Cerulean Tears restores. It does not give you more charges. That is what Golden Seeds are for. There are 12 Sacred Tears in the game.

The first few tears are worth far more than the last few. Going from base to +6 nearly triples your healing. The final four give you 80 HP combined. Grab this one early, and it carries you through half the game.

Walking Mausoleum
The big one, south of the church. Attack the skull-shaped deposits on its legs while dodging its footfalls, and once enough break, it kneels, and you can climb inside to duplicate a boss Remembrance. Free a second copy of a Remembrance weapon or spell. Those footfalls kill you outright, so keep moving.
Tombsward Cave
Directly below the church to the southeast. The entrance is at a small tree-covered cliff out front, marked by a lit brazier. Poison throughout, so bring boluses. Inside you get the Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook [8] and Miranda the Blighted Bloom, who melts to fire.
Weeping Evergaol
North of the church. Look for the stone circle and the Imp Statue. One Stonesword Key drops you into the Ancient Hero of Zamor, a fast frost boss who does not care that you are level 25.
Witchbane Ruins
South, showing green on your map because the whole place is drowned in poison. Stay on Torrent; he seems immune to it.
Warning: Sorceress Sellen’s second body is down the stairs here. Attack her or land on her by accident, and you break her entire questline. Do not swing at anything down there.

The Fourth Church is not one of the churches with a spoken echo. Those are the First and Third Churches of Marika, Church of Pilgrimage, Grand Lift of Dectus, Minor Erdtree Church, Outer Wall Battleground, and the Queen’s Bedchamber.
Is this the same as Callu Baptismal Church?
No, and people mix these up constantly. Callu is east near Ailing Village, guarded by frenzied rats, and it holds the Flame of Frenzy incantation. It has its own Sacred Tear.
