Here are the five Golden Seeds located in the Liurnia of the Lakes region. You can find them relatively early as you explore the academy and surrounding areas. Below is a clear breakdown of each location based on my gameplay experience.

Academy Gate Town Golden Seed
From the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace, head northwest into the flooded ruins. Look for a glowing golden sapling (Erdtree sapling) on a small piece of land surrounded by rubble and water. The Golden Seed is right at its base.
Debate Parlor Golden Seed
Inside the Academy of Raya Lucaria, start from the Debate Parlor Site of Grace (near the Red Wolf of Radagon boss area). Exit into the courtyard, go west then north, and you’ll find the Golden Seed under a glowing sapling.
Main Academy Gate Golden Seed
From the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace (after using the Glintstone Key to enter the academy area), head through the broken bridge to the north. Go along the bridge to its end and you’ll see that Golden Seed. It’s clearly visible under a sapling.
Note: Take the north exit and avoid the teleporting seal if you’re only after the seed.
Caria Manor Golden Seed
It is located in the northwest of Liurnia at Caria Manor. Reach the Manor Upper Level Site of Grace first, then step outside the door.
This Golden Seed sits under a glowing sapling near a wolf statue overlooking the area. Clear the wolves first for safety.
Ravine Golden Seed
From the Ravine Site of Grace in northern Liurnia, head northeast upstream through the ravine. You’ll find the Golden Seed at the end near a glowing sapling, often surrounded by giant land squirts and ruins.
