Dispatch Romance Options

Spoiler Warning: This guide contains spoilers for character arcs and romance mechanics from Episode 1 through Episode 8.
Many Dispatch game players want to know who is actually available to romance. The choices you make in the first few minutes define your character, but your interactions throughout the season determine your romantic partner. Finding love while managing the Phoenix Program isn’t exactly what Robert expected when he took the job. In this guide, we explain all confirmed love interests, how the romance system works, and which path you should choose.
What we cover here:
Confirmed Romance Options in Dispatch
There are only two confirmed romance options in Dispatch: Blonde Blazer and Invisigal. Blonde Blazer is available from Episode 1. She is the classic superhero romance option. Invisigal is available from Episode 4, although there are hints in Episode 3.
Many players asked if they can romance the Z-Team members like Phenomaman or Malevola. Unfortunately, they are not romanceable options. You cannot date the other heroes or villains.
How the Romance System Works
Your romantic choices in Dispatch are not just for fun. They change the story and mission outcomes. Every dialogue choice matters. Each love interest responds differently to your management style. Also, you must be careful with your decisions during crisis moments.
Blonde Blazer Path
Blonde Blazer is the most straightforward option. She likes direct and honest communication. The biggest opportunity happens very early. In episode 1, you share a moment on a billboard. You must choose to [KISS HER]. If you choose to let the moment pass, it becomes very hard to romance her later.
If you want this path, always treat her as a true partner. Here you can find an episode-by-episode guide: Dispatch Blonde Blazer Romance

Invisigal Path
Invisigal’s romance requires more patience. She is mysterious and guarded. You need to show emotional intelligence to unlock her trust. Her path really starts in Episode 4. You will face a decision between dinner or a movie. You must choose [MOVIE WITH INVISIGAL] to start this relationship.
For this path, you should always validate her feelings and acknowledge her contributions in meetings. Here you can read a detailed guide: Dispatch Invisigal Romance
Here is a quick breakdown to help you decide which romance path fits your playstyle:
| Feature | Blonde Blazer | Invisigal |
| Personality | Confident, Direct, Welcoming | Mysterious, Guarded, Sassy |
| Romance Style | Classic Superhero Romance | Emotional Slow-Burn |
| Gameplay Bonus | Boosts Team Morale | Stealth Mission Bonuses |
| Best For | Players who like direct communication | Players who enjoy uncovering secrets |
| First Kiss | Episode 1 (Billboard) | Episode 7 (Locker Room) |

Warning: Jealousy and Lock-in
You cannot pursue both characters at the same time without consequences. Invisigal becomes visibly upset if you flirt with other people openly. Blonde Blazer can also get jealous if you dance with other characters.
By Episodes 5 and 6, you must stop flirting with the “other” option. The dancing scenes in Episode 6 will lock in your final choice.
Your romantic partner affects the ending sequences in Episode 8. One wrong move can ruin your chances for good.
