Dispatch All Endings Guide

Spoiler Warning: This guide covers the final outcomes of Dispatch, including the fate of Shroud, Invisigal, and the Z-Team.
Most players think the ending of Dispatch is only decided in episode 8. This is wrong. The truth is, the game tracks your behavior from episode 2. There is a hidden score called the RMC (Robert Mentor Counter) running in the background. Every time you help Invisigal hack a camera, defend her in a meeting, or even send her on a successful dispatch mission, this score goes up. If the score is high enough (45+ points), you get the good ending. If it is low, you get the bad ending. You can also use the Infographic below to see the full roadmap and hidden scores at a glance.

What we cover here:
The Two Main Story Endings
The core of the Dispatch story comes down to one question: Does Invisigal become a Hero or a Villain?
1. The Good Mentor Ending (Heroic Invisigal)
In this ending, Invisigal proves she is a true hero. In the final episode, she jumps in front of a bullet to save you.
The Outcome:
- Invisigal survives and is taken to the hospital (as a hero).
- The Z-Team celebrates your victory.
- You get to decide Shroud’s fate (Kill or Spare).
- Requirement: You need a high mentor score (approx. 45+ points).

How to get it (The Checklist): You don’t need to be perfect, but you must hit these major “Point Boosters”:
- Episode 2: Successfully help her hack the Donut Shop (do not fail).
- Episode 2: Do not tell Blazer that Invisigal punched you.
- Episode 3: Successfully help her hack the Jewelry Store cameras.
- Episode 4: Taking her to the Movies gives a huge point boost (+5).
- Episode 5: Reveal your identity (“I’m Mecha Man”) to the team (+5 points).
- Episode 6: Side with Invisigal at the party (“We go tonight”).
- Episode 7: You must Defend Invisigal (Do not cut her from the team).
- Episode 8: Choose [UNTIE HER] (+5 points).
Pro Tip for Gamers: Did you know your Dispatch Shift performance matters? Every time you send Invisigal on a mission and she succeeds, you get +1 Hidden Point. Every time you send her to Blonde Blazer for training, you get +5 Hidden Points. If you are struggling to get the good ending, replay earlier episodes and spam training sessions for Visi!
2. The Bad Mentor Ending (Villain Invisigal)
In this ending, you failed to guide her. Invisigal kills Shroud herself and steals his mask. Then she disappears into the shadows to become the next supervillain.
The Outcome:
- You fail the “Mentor” achievement.
- Invisigal betrays the team and steals the Astral Pulse.
- Requirement: Low Mentor Score (ignore her, fail hacks, or be mean).

How to get it:
- Fail Hacking Minigames: If you fail to help her in the Donut Shop (Ep 2) or Jewelry Store (Ep 3), she loses trust in you.
- Betray Her: Tell Chase that she disobeyed orders (Ep 2).
- Hide the Truth: Do not tell the team you are Mecha Man (Ep 5).
- The Final Acts: Cut her from the team in episode 7 and refuse to untie her in episode 8.
Shroud’s Fate: Kill or Spare?
If you achieve the good mentor ending, the game gives you one final moral choice after the boss fight.
- SPARE HIM: Robert controls his anger. Shroud is arrested and taken into custody. The team remains proud of you.
- KILL HIM: Robert chokes Shroud to death. You get your revenge for your father, but you are suspended from the Z-Team pending an investigation.
Note: If you get the bad mentor ending, you never get this choice because Invisigal kills him first.
Romance Endings
Getting a romance ending requires two things: relationship points (flirting) and a specific story outcome.
1. Blonde Blazer Romance (The Car Kiss)
To get the “Kept Romance in the Workplace” achievement with Mandy, you need to be direct and supportive.
- You must dance with her at the party in episode 6.
- You can get this romance with either the good or bad mentor ending.
- After the final battle, you share a kiss on top of the car.
2. Invisigal Romance (The Stretcher Kiss)
This is harder to unlock. It requires a slow burn approach.
- Go to the Movies in episode 4 and dance with her in episode 6.
- You must get the good mentor ending, because if you get the bad ending, she leaves before you can kiss her. You cannot romance the villain Invisigal.
- As she is being loaded into the ambulance on a stretcher, you share a kiss.
3. The Complicated Ending (Both)
Yes, it is possible. If you pick all romance options for both ladies (Kiss Blazer on the billboard, go to Movies with Visi, Flirt with both), the game gets confused. Shroud will mock you for it in his monologue. The credits will list your relationship status as “Complicated.”

Side Character Endings: Coupe and Sonar
Remember the choice in episode 3? The hero you cut (Coupe or Sonar) returns as a mini-boss in episode 8. Their fate depends on your combat skill.
- Forgiven (Rejoined): If you defeat them in the episode 8 dispatch battle (deplete their health bar fully), you unlock the choice to [FORGIVE] them. They rejoin the Z-Team.
- Prison: If you fail to defeat them during the shift, or choose not to forgive them, they are arrested and sent to jail.
So remember, the game tracks your “Mentor Score” from the very first episode. If you missed the good ending this time, don’t worry. The next time focus on training sessions with Invisigal more, and trust her instincts.
