Dispatch Episode 1 Hacking Guide: How to Solve The Sequences

You encounter your first hacking sequences in episode 1. This hacking puzzle is relatively easy, no antivirus or electrical charge mechanisms. If you are stuck on this hacking sequence or want to do it perfectly to get on the path to the “H4ck3d by R0b3rt” this hacking guide has you covered.

How The Hacking Begins

The initiation of the sequence starts with Robert picking up a tablet to hack into a security system. In this hacking sequence the avatar is cube-shaped. You can control the avatar using WASD buttons if you are playing on PC or arrow buttons if you are playing on console.

Step-by-Step Hacking Guide

At the beginning just follow the obvious path. Go to the right 4 nodes. Then go up and again right to get to the node with the hammer icon.

Activate the node by using the button “E” (If you are playing on Xbox it would be “A” button and on PlayStation “X” button).

In order to build the path you have to enter the arrow sequence which is “Up, Right”. Continue your path to reach the second node with hammer. Activate it and enter the arrow sequence which is “Up, Left, Right”.

Now you must have reached the first node with two hammers on its icon.

Activate it once. Go up and go to the node off the main path. Activate the node to download spatial data.

Now go back to the node with double hammer icon and reactivate it.

This time you have to take the lower path. Just like the upper path, go to the node off the main path and download spatial data.

Now continue to the end of path and activate the node with hammer.

For the last time go back to the double hammer node and reactivate it.

Take the upper path to reach the end.

There, download the spatial data and go to the last node that was just unlocked.

If you followed every step of the guide, you should pass the hacking very easily. But don’t get used to how easy this was. In the next episodes hacking process is going to be much harder.
