What to Do With the Filthy Loot Sack in Queen’s Domain
The answer is straightforward: Sell it. The Filthy Loot Sack is classed as a Treasure, not a loot container. Umbada, the merchant at Umbada’s Trading Outpost, pays 7 Ancient Coins for it. Ancient Coins only work at his shop, so the coins are the whole point.
Is there a secret use? Nothing points to one. I didn’t find any, and I looked everywhere but even the good fellows on Reddit haven’t found anything yet.
Other Star Lizards in later areas drop their own sacks that sell for more: Rancid (8 coins), Moldy (9), Waxy (10) and Cursed (13). The Filthy one is the cheapest, and it’s the first one you meet.
Queen’s Domain Filthy Loot Sack Location: Where to Find It
The Queen’s Domain Filthy Loot Sack comes from Star Lizards on the Isle of Neasied, the starting island. They’re small blue creatures carrying a bag of treasure. Kill one, pick up the bag it drops, and you’ve got the sack.
There is also a Star Lizard on an earlier uphill stretch, before you reach Cemetery Precipice. It might not respawn for you, so chase it down the first time you see it.

Two more lizards are around the Cemetery Precipice Crystal Monument.
The first one is in the bushes slightly east of the monument. Back away from the monument a little and look east. Clear the enemies around first, so nothing hits you while you chase it.
The second one is further east, along the route toward the locked mausoleum. It stands in front of the mausoleum. You already cleared the area behind you, so pull it and kill it the same way.
Star Lizards run away when you get close. The easiest way to solve this problem is a mix of Wind Dash to catch up and Throwing Daggers to hit it (you pick up the Dagger Belt earlier on the island).
Star Lizard bags used to get stuck in mid air. Patch 1.01.01 fixed that, so update the game if a bag hangs there.
How to Sell the Filthy Loot Sack to Umbada
You can’t sell it right away. Umbada’s Trading Outpost unlocks after the first big boss. So beat the Shrine Guardian in Endu Shrine to get the Stone Duck Figurine. Touch a Crystal Monument after that, and the figurine glows and takes you to Umbada’s Trading Outpost for the first time.
From then on, every Crystal Monument has a Shop option. Pick it, sell the sack, and you get 7 Ancient Coins.
