Return to Brendan after finishing I Can See Clearly Now and Spray Paint. There, you will find Theo. Talk to her to begin this side job.
Cyberpunk 2077 Coin Operated Boy Quest Walkthrough
When you arrived at the location, Theo (the woman from your earlier encounter) will be there, but Brendan will be missing. Speak with her to learn that the vending machine has been taken to a maintenance shop in Heywood, The Glen, near the Megabuilding H4 fast travel point.

Head to the shop and talk to the clerk. Brendan can be found to the right of the office. To reach him, you can threaten the clerk, pay 600 eddies or use a level 13 Technical Ability check.
In some cases, you can also skip the conversation and go straight to Brendan. Interact with the machine, where a higher Technical Ability option allows for deeper dialogue about its AI.
Brendan will then ask you to deliver a message to Theo. Before leaving, you can check the nearby computer for additional background details. Once you return to Theo, choose the optional “I found him” dialogue option to pass along Brendan’s message and complete the Coin Operated Boy side job.
