Elden Ring Golden Seeds allow you to increase the number of charges for your Flask of Crimson Tears and Flask of Cerulean Tears.
In total, you will only need 30 Golden Seeds in the entire game to upgrade your Flask capacity to max. Note also that when you start the game, you have four flask charges: three for your health flask and one for your mana, and these can be freely reallocated at any Site of Grace.

Elden Ring Limgrave Golden Seed Locations
Limgrave has several Golden Seeds in both its Western and Eastern halves.
Stormhill (Path to Stormhill Shack)
This one can be found beneath the golden sapling by the road leading up to Stormveil Castle. This is likely the first Seed you’ll find. The tree is growing to the right of the road after leaving Stormgate Canyon.
Stormhill Shack
Roderika will give you this Seed if you complete her quest by returning the Chrysalid’s Memento to her. If she has already moved on to Roundtable Hold, the Seed will be where she was sitting in the shack.
Fringefolk Hero’s Grave
For this one. you should defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss at the end of this optional dungeon. You can access it from the tutorial dungeon (Stranded Graveyard) using a Stonesword.
Fort Haight
Found at the eastern corner of the fort, outside the entrance. Head to the entrance and turn right to find the glowing sapling. Travel southeast of the Limgrave Minor Erdtree (east of the Waypoint Ruins) to find the fort.
Mistwood Outskirts
Go to the eastern sides of Limgrave. There, you’ll see a massive ruined place which someone caled Kenneth Haight standing on. You can kill him to get the seed.
Weeping Peninsula (Castle Morne)
Go beneath the golden sapling by the road leading south to Castle Morne. The Golden Seed is on a platform south of the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace. Head to the rocky terrain on the right, cross the path to the ruined building, then go down to the left to find the glowing sapling.

Fewer Seeds wait for you in Liurnia area. If you’ve grabbed all the Limgrave ones, now it’s time to get more.
Academy Gate Town
Head towards the town. You’ll see a golden Erdtree sapling on a small piece of land near the town ruins, in a marshy area between broken sections of the old bridge you’ll find a Golden Seed.
East Liurnia (Sunken Town)
Travel northeast from The Ravine Site of Grace. You’ll find this Seed in the middle of Liurnia’s sunken town below Raya Lucaria.
Raya Lucaria Academy (Courtyard)
In the north-western part of the courtyard, past the Debate Parlor Site of Grace.
Raya Lucaria Academy (Water Wheel)
Golden Seed here lies Close to the Water Wheel inside the Academy.

This one is on the bridge north of the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace. It’s just south of the East Gate Bridge Trestle Site of Grace.
Caria Manor (Exterior)
Follow the river down the ravine east of Caria Manor to find it near the end.
Caria Manor (Manor Upper Level)
Outside the Manor Upper-Level Site of Grace. Go down the steps from the Site of Grace. It’s in the garden with wolves, near a cliff side.

Caelid has four Golden Seeds scattered throughout its landscape.
Sellia, Town of Sorcery
Its spot is on the top of the giant staircase at the northern end of town. From the Sellia Understairs Site of Grace, head up the steps, turn left, then head up the next set of steps to the glowing tree.
Southern Caelid (Roadside)
You can find another Golden Seed along the road, southern half of the region. From the Nomadic Merchant, travel south to reach the tree way fork. It’s on the southern Aeoina Swamp Bank Site of Grace.
Dragonbarrow (Bestial Sanctum)
Another Golden Seed is placed south of the Bestial Sanction. In the higher areas of Dragonbarrow, northeast of them, you can find the Bestial Sanction. You can reach it early using a Sending Gate in East Limgrave behind the Church of Marika.
War-Dead Catacombs
For the other Golden Seed, you should defeat the Putrid Tree Spirit near the War-Dead Catacombs Site of Grace.

Altus Plateau is another main area which a lot of Golden Seeds are waiting for you there.
Altus Highway Junction
Go north of the main entrance to Leyndell on the south part of the Altus Plateau. There, you’ll see a junction on the road with a path heading north. You can find a Golden Seed around there.
Erdtree Gazing Hill
If you enter the Altus Plateau from the Ruin-Strewn Precipice dungeon, you’ll see a narrow valley guarded by a large dragon. Past the narrow pass, you’ll enter the plateau proper and can find a Golden Seed near the Erdtree Gazing Hill Site of Grace.
Minor Erdtree (Wormface Forest)
The central area of the Altus Plateau has its own Minor Erdtree in a foggy wooded area. Search the north side of this area to the east of the broken greatbridge to find the Golden Seed.
Second Church of Marika
Another Seed is on the western area of Altus Plateau.
Capital Outskirts (Roadside East)
Go Inside the Capital wall and search past the two Tree Sentinels. You’ll find the Seed there,

Ninth Mt. Gelmir (Spirit Spring)
Cross the bridge to reach the Ninth Mt. Gelmir then go to get to the top of the mountain. From there, go down and look out ahead where a Golden Seed is located near a Golden tree.
Gelmir Campsite (Canyon Path)
Start from the Gelmir Campsite Site of Grace, jump into the Spirit Spring and go along the edge of the cliff.
Go down the rock bridge to reach the Iniquity Site of Grace. It is under the land that ends in Volcano Manor. From this Site of Grace, go toward the canyon path. This Golden Seed is placed somewhere on the left side of the path.
Minor Erdtree (Burnt Tree)
In the burnt Minor Erdtree location, an Ulcerated Tree Spirit will attack you. You should defeat it to get the seed you want.

Western Ramparts
In the Leyndell, go to the west side to find a large rampart rings the abandoned manor. There is a mini boss which guarding a Golden Seed. Take him down and get the seed.
Main Capital Street (Ulcerated Tree Spirit)
Go to the main capital street road and continue your way north into the lower portion of the city. There’s a large open expanse to the right of the large dragon corpse where an Ulcerated Tree Spirit will ambush you. defeat it to get the Seed.
Sewers (Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit)
Clear out the sewer section of the Capital and defeat the Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit to obtain a Golden Seed.

On your way to the platform with the candelabra, you’ll see a narrow land and a massive castle structure. After you cross it, the Erdtree sapling will be on your left. Buffing your defense against pierce damage is a good idea here, as the undead archers will likely shot while you cross.
Aqueduct-Facing Cliffs
Use the portal on the northeast of the Siofra River Site of Grace. Go Through the pillar to spot the golden sapling on the cliff you see above.
You can also find this golden sapling directly east of the Aqueduct-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace at the beginning of the bridge.

For the first one, go northwest of the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace. You can find this golden one on a small island in the middle of the blood lake next to some oversized birds.
Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum
Another golden sapling is hidden behind the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone on the eastern end of the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum. Note that this one won’t appear if players have collected the previous one first.

Explore north of the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace. If you walk through the north valley, you’ll find multiple golems walking around. Try to pass them and If you couldn’t, kill them both. There go up the small hill nearby, you can find a Phantom Tree with a Golden Seed.

There is one Golden Seed in this region. it can be found under a Phantom Tree against a high rock, located halfway east between the Consecrated Snowfield and Inner Consecrated Snowfield Sites of Grace.

For the first seed, head west from the elevated platform near the start of the area, you’ll find a Rune Arc and a Golden Seed close to each other, before continuing southwest down the slope toward a sleeping dragon.
