To obtain the Blink Talisman, travel north on the map to reach the item seller. Interact with the merchant and select the buy option. Scroll down to locate the Blink Talisman, which costs 500 Col each. Purchase a couple to ensure you have enough in your inventory. Please note that you can carry a maximum of five at one time.
The official in-game description states that the Blink Talisman changes your evasion into teleportation for 30 seconds. It can be activated while in the air, allowing you to jump over chasms.
