Head to the marked location on the map (pictured below) and then the quest begins.

They Won’t Go When I Go Walkthrough

When the quest starts, go to the Braindance studio in Japantown, Westbrook. Once you arrive, speak with Vasquez outside, then enter the studio. Inside, talk to Rachel and then have a conversation with Joshua.

You can choose any dialogue option here. The Crucifixion will go on, no matter what you tell Joshua. You can pray with him or just sit with him. At this point, you have several options for the Braindance:

  • Leave: Exit the studio to avoid witnessing the scene altogether.
  • Participate: You can take part by nailing Joshua to the cross.
  • Observe: Decline to participate directly but tell Joshua you’ll stay and watch.

After the Braindance, if you chose to participate in the crucifixion, be sure to talk to Rachel to complete the side job.

When you sit with Joshua before the crucifixion, you have several options. You can refuse to help and leave, refuse but stay to watch, help by hammering some nails then stop or hammer in all the nails.

The outcome remains the same: the crucifixion happens regardless of your choice. Your decisions only affect how much you participate and what you witness. Either way, the side job completes successfully, and you receive your payment.
