How to enable Cyberpunk 2077 the Tower Ending?
To unlock The Tower ending in Cyberpunk 2077, you must complete the Phantom Liberty DLC and earn either the King of Swords or King of Pentacles ending.
How to get King of Swords
Side with Songbird during “Firestarter.” Then hand her over to Reed during “The Killing Moon.”
How to get King of Pentacles
Side with Reed during “Firestarter. Then spare Songbird during “Somewhat Damaged.”
Getting either of these endings will make The Tower ending available later. Then, progress through the main story until you reach “Nocturne OP55N1”, which is the Point of No Return.
During this mission, go up to the rooftop of Misty’s Esoterica and choose the option “Call Reed.” Selecting this option immediately triggers the next sequence and permanently locks you into The Tower ending path.

During “The Killing Moon”, you can hand her over to Reed at any point after she reveals the truth about the cure. You can either call Reed while you are still inside the shuttle or holster your weapon during the standoff with him on the walkway.

Later, at the end of “Somewhat Damaged”, when you reach Songbird, she will ask you to kill her. To unlock The Tower ending, choose the dialogue options:
- “That’s no solution.”
- “Won’t do it.”
Important Note: The Tower ending in Cyberpunk 2077 is only available if you own the Phantom Liberty DLC. If you don’t have the DLC installed, this ending cannot be unlocked.
Tower Ending Consequences
“The Tower” ending in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a bittersweet outcome. In this ending, V is cured of the Relic but loses the ability to use advanced combat cyberware. This means V can no longer live as a high-level merc and must adjust to life as a normal person.
After spending two years in a coma, V wakes up to find that Night City has changed. Most friendships have faded or moved on and V is left to build a new, much quieter life from scratch.
