Before you can claim the Rayfield Caliburn, you must first complete the “Ghost Town” main gig. During this mission, you will be helping Panam Palmer with Nash. The car is stashed in a cave you will enter as part of the quest. However, finding it right away might be a challenge.

After finishing the “Ghost Town” gig, wait two in-game days (or skip time). Then, return to the cave. Ensure your Street Cred is at least 40, as this might affect the appearance of a container in the cave.

Entering the container initiate Murk Man Returns Again Once More Forever quest, a nod to Batman. Even if the quest does not appear, you can still claim the car. Get in the Rayfield Caliburn, drive it out of the cave and it will be added to your vehicle collection.
