One of the most rewarding activities from Ghost of Tsushima returns in Ghost of Yotei: the Bamboo Strike. It offers an opportunity for Atsu to sharpen her skills. If you can’t interact with the Misty Valley Bamboo Strike, don’t worry. It’s story-locked. This Bamboo Strike is found and completed during The Spider Lily General Mythic Tale. You have to solve a puzzle for the Misty Valley Bamboo Strike to fully appear.

Walk down a path filled with red spider lilies three times until you disappear into a yellow fog. After doing this for the third time, walk down to a now fully accessible Bamboo Strike and get this over with.
