Konami’s Silent Hill: Townfall has quite a few recognizable voice actors who bring the game’s characters to life. So if you’re like me and also a lot of other gamers who immediately want to know who voices who, let’s see who voices Simon, Zoe, Richard, and Dr. Glenn, along with a little about who those characters are.

There aren’t a lot of main characters in Silent Hill: Townfall, but there are some pretty familiar names behind the voice acting. Here’s a closer look at the Silent Hill: Townfall main voice cast.
Simon Ordell Voiced by Jovan Adepo
Jovan Adepo provides Simon Ordell’s voice in Silent Hill: Townfall. He’s the protagonist of the game. Here’s how the story kicks off: Simon’s wearing a medical wristband with his name on it and carrying an IV bag when he arrives in the abandoned town of St. Amelia, but he doesn’t know how he got here, which pretty much gives us some serious Silent Hill vibes.
He has this strange pocket television called the CRTV, which becomes one of his main links to the past he barely remembers. Simon searches the abandoned town for answers and tries to understand his connection to a girl named Zoe.
As the story progresses, we get to see more of Simon’s past, and to be honest, it’s fair to say he has more than one skeleton in his closet.
Jovan Adepo is a prolific actor who’s known for his roles such as Elpenor in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, Sidney Palmer in the 2022 movie Babylon, Leroy Hanlon in the It: Welcome to Derry TV series, and Jack McKenzie in the 2023 movie To Catch a Killer. Durassie Kiangangu is also credited as Simon’s motion-capture performer.
Zoe Voiced by Kezia Burrows
Kezia Burrows voices Zoe in Silent Hill: Townfall. So Zoe is a kind nurse from St. Amelia who worked in the family clinic. Pretty much from the get-go, Simon gets pulled into Zoe’s story. A rather cryptic voice on a ringing pay phone urges him to find a girl named Zoe. At this point, Simon has no idea whether he ever knew anyone by that name.
Later on, though, through the CRTV, he begins picking up signals directly connected to Zoe and St. Amelia’s past. Through that, Simon realizes Zoe has demons of her own.
Kezia Burrows also performed motion capture for the character. Her other notable performances include the role of Emma Fisher in the Observation video game and Glenys Griffiths in The Snow Spider TV series.
Richard Voiced by Terry O’Quinn
Terry O’Quinn provides the voice of Richard, who calls Simon back to St. Amelia and pretty much starts the whole thing. He’s the CEO of the energy company called CEG that promised prosperity for St. Amelia.
Anyway, in short, Richard’s a mysterious and morally complicated man whose past and connection to CEG are deeply tied to what happened in St. Amelia. That sums it up well. Not to mention that later in the game, Richard becomes playable himself.
His section takes place largely around CEG HQ, where you search areas like Human Resources, Finance, Public Relations, the boardroom, and whatnot to learn more about what happened there.
Perhaps Terry O’Quinn’s most famous role is John Locke in the Lost TV series. He’s also known for Major General Beale in The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live miniseries.
Dr. Glenn Voiced by Anthony Howell
Dr. Glenn is voiced by Anthony Howell. You learn a little more about Dr. Glenn during Chapter 5 – Zoe: Rounds, where Zoe has to report to him. You can also find a medical security note outside the facility that lists Dr. Glenn’s phone number. So there’s also that.
Anthony Howell voices Margit, Morgott, and Grafted Scion in Elden Ring, plus Shuten Doji in the newly released Onimusha: Way of the Sword.
