Spoiler Alert: Below, you’ll read Ready or Not A New America secret ending spoiler. You’ve been warned.
Ready or Not A New America Secret Ending Quick Guide:
Get the good ending if you want to dive into Judge’s backstory, and the bad ending if you like plot twists. Fortunately, you’ll get a cool watch and a tattoo in either case. Keep reading to learn how to unlock both Ready or Not A New America endings.
| Ending | How to Achieve |

Endings You’ll Learn:
Bad Secret Ending
This alternate ending depends entirely on the VIP suspect known as the Flowerman (sometimes called Flowerhead). Once you arrest him, you would logically defuse the bomb, right? Well, don’t! Wait for the radio jammer (signal disruptor) to stop working, and the VIP’s detonator will explode on its own. Or choose the option to detonate the bomb yourself.

Once you let the bomb go off, you will watch the buildings around you explode and crumble to the ground. This triggers the ‘bad secret ending’. Next thing you know, you wake up in jail. I’ll spare you the spoilers so you can watch it yourself, but here’s a peek below.

While the bad ending puts you in jail, it comes with perks as well. You will get a half-broken handcuff as your new secret watch. Do the bad ending, go back to the headquarters, and unlock it in watch customization.
There is also a Ready or Not devil tattoo you can unlock. All you have to do is look at the drawing on the table in the prison cell.
Good Secret Ending
The ‘good’ secret ending is simple but dreadful to pull off! All you have to do is achieve a Ready or Not A New America S rank and defuse the bomb. I know what you are thinking. This mission is a nightmare to finish, let alone attempting an S-rank run. So I suggest you read my tips in the Ready or Not New America Guide.
If you unlock the good secret ending, you will open your eyes in Judge’s apartment. You can walk around, explore it, and even heat some ramen noodles for yourself! He has an aesthetically dark ‘conspiracy wall’. You will hear him talking to himself about Evan and Doc, and eventually respond to a radio call. Once you get bored, leave the apartment to conclude the scene.

If you study David’s wall closely enough, you can see how deep the rabbit hole goes. With the National Guard involved, I think it will be interesting to see how his story might unfold in future games.
Ready or Not Secret Ending Cosmetics
If you unlock the good secret ending, you will get a handsome Flair Nite watch gifted by your teammates. Just remember to inspect it in the apartment (like the picture below) and find it in HQ later.
Just like the bad secret ending, you will also get a tattoo, but this time it is a Protector’s Mark Tattoo that looks like angel wings.

That’s it, I guess. I prefer the bad ending for its cool tattoo. Which one is your favorite? Why? Let me know your opinion in the comments below.
FAQ
Can I unlock the secret watches in multiplayer?
Unfortunately, no. If you want to snag that “Broken Cuff” or the “Flair Nite” watch, you’ll have to fly solo. These endings and their rewards only trigger when you’re playing through Commander Mode.
Where do I find my new gear after the ending?
Once you’ve finished the cutscene and poked around the jail cell or the apartment, head back to the Los Sueños Police Headquarters. You can find your new rewards waiting for you in the watch customization menu in the locker room.
Who exactly are Evan and Doc?
If you listen closely during the good ending, Judge mentions them while talking to himself. Evan seems to be an old friend from Judge’s past Nevada days, while Doc is linked to some of the new documents you can find. It’s a nice bit of world-building that hints at where the story might be headed next!
