How to Enable Star Ending in Cyberpunk 2077
You need to complete Panam’s side questline to form an alliance with the Aldecaldos (Nomads). You can finish these quests before reaching the Point of No Return. If you have already completed the story, you can still do them. After the credits, choose “One More Gig” and the game will place you back right before the Point of No Return. Below are all of Panam Palmer’s required side quests:
Riders on the Storm
(This unlocks automatically during the story.) Make sure you do not fail this quest. After getting the SuperJet from Mitch, drive with Panam directly to the enemy camp. If you go the wrong way, she will kick you out of the car. Skipping time after that will cause the quest to fail.
With a Little Help From My Friends
A day or two after finishing the previous quest, Panam will call you to start this mission.
Queen of the Highway
This quest begins automatically after completing the previous one. Leave the camp and skip time by 24 hours, then return to Panam to continue.
Cyberpunk 2077 Star Ending Walkthrough
During “Nocturne Op55N1” (Final Story Mission), Misty will take you to a balcony where you speak with Johnny Silverhand. Choose the following dialogue options:
- “Gonna ask Panam for help.”
- “[Call] Panam”
- “Take Omega Blockers.”
This will unlock the following ending missions: “We Gotta Live Together”, “Forward to Death” and “Belly of the Beast”
Belly of the Beast
After defeating Adam Smasher, you’ll connect with the Alt AI and enter Cyberspace. Johnny and Alt will speak with you. Choose the dialogue:
- “Wanna live out whatever life I got left.”
Then enter the Well to return to your body (do not cross the Bridge into Cyberspace). This will trigger The Star ending.
Important Note: Make a manual save right after defeating Adam Smasher. You can reload this save to quickly complete the Temperance ending without replaying the entire final mission.
