Creature Kitchen is a game of few achievements. However, that doesn’t make it any less challenging than any game that might have a lot more achievements. In this Creature Kitchen Afraid of the Dark achievement guide, I will show you how to get this done and dealt with. Without further ado, let’s begin.
How to Unlock the Afraid of the Dark Achievement
In order to get the Creature Kitchen Afraid of the Dark achievement, you should light 5 candles that are each in separate locations. Plus turn all the light switches on and keep them turned on at the very same time.

Since there’s no specific order to do this in, I will start things off with the first candle that’s in the shed. You unlock it with the key that you get from Goober. You feed him until he’s satisfied. He’ll then hand you the key to the shed on a silver platter!
Go ahead and unlock the shed if you haven’t already.
There’s a candle in there that you should interact with.
In the kitchen, there’s a light switch next to the door.
The other light switch is on the other side of the kitchen, as shown in the picture.
This light switch is at the beginning of the hallway that leads to the mirror where you can light the second candle.
This is the very same spot you photograph the Friend entity.
The left door takes you to the bathroom where you find a light switch and the third candle lying on the floor right by the sink.
The first room to the left of the hallway takes you to the bedroom. There’s a bedside lamp you should interact with, plus, a candle on the top of the bookshelf.
Now, the room to the right of the mirror candle takes you to the clock puzzle room where you also meet the moth. Go downstairs. Next to the typewriter, there’s a candelabra that counts as one candle in the game.
Light it up and congrats. The Afraid of the Dark achievement is yours.
