How to Get Cyberpunk 2077 Temperance Ending
To unlock the dialogue options to ask for Panam or Rogue’s help during the later conversation with Johnny in Nocturne OP55N1, you need to complete their respective side quest lines beforehand.

Select Panam or Rouge
If you have completed Panam’s or Rogue’s side quests, select the dialogue option that asks for their help during the final decision. The Temperance ending is more challenging than The Devil ending because you will need to fight your way through Arasaka Tower and reach Mikoshi.
Panam Path
If you asked Panam for help, you must give your body to Johnny in order to enable the Temperance Ending and its related trophy. In doing so, simply cross the bridge when Alt asks Cuberyou.
Rouge Path
By asking for Rouge’s help, you will attack Arasaka in the character of V. In the Mikoshi, you should decide to let the Johnny take control of V’s body and then enter the well.
Cyberpunk 2077 Temperance Ending Walkthrough: Panam Path
To unlock The Temperance Ending through Panam and the Aldecaldos, you must complete Panam’s full side questline. This can be done before the Point of No Return or afterward by choosing “One More Gig” after the credits, which returns you to that point.

During Changes, after Adam Smasher, in cyberspace enter the well and take the body of V.
