How to Enable Moving Heat Quest?
Check your phone and reply to Ashlay. He reveals that he is a netrunner hired by Charon Exotics. Ashlay asks you to erase all the data stored in the car. If you agree to help him complete this task, he will allow you to keep the vehicle as a reward.
Follow the map marker that leads inside the stadium and head toward the corridor on the right side. There you will find a room that contains an elevator and a security camera.
If you dismiss Ashlay during the first conversation, the map marker will not appear. However, he contacts you again once you approach the elevator location in Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberpunk 2077 Moving Heat Walkthrough
The quest begins once you reach the elevator area inside the stadium. At this point, Ashlay hacks the nearby security camera and sends you new messages with instructions. Read his texts carefully and wait for further guidance before taking the next step.
Ashlay explains that the rest of the mission requires a stealth approach through the parking garage. He temporarily disables the elevator so no one else can enter while you are inside.
Pro-tip: Before going down, it is best to prepare stealth equipment such as Optical Camo or weapons with silencers to avoid unnecessary combat.
After exiting the elevator, move through a storage area where several BARGHEST soldiers patrol the space. Since Ashlay disables the surveillance cameras, the main challenge comes from avoiding the guards. Carefully sneak across the room toward the garage door. If needed, take down enemies quietly.
Inside the garage, Ashlay advises you to use an incoming truck to reach the target vehicle. Hide behind a larger parked truck and wait for the smaller vehicle to arrive and stop for inspection.
When the moment is right, climb onto the back of the truck and remain crouched so the guards do not notice you while it moves toward the destination.
When the truck stops, approach the Quadra Sport R-7 “Charon” and enter the car. Follow Ashlay’s instructions to erase the vehicle’s data logs. After the process is complete, drive toward the stadium exit. A guard briefly checks the car but eventually allows you to pass.
