Spell Brigade Wizards Ascensions, Ranks & Prestige

Playing your favorite mages rewards you with more than just gold. Each wizard has individual ranks that increase the more you play them. Hit the maximum rank, and you earn the right to prestige that specific character.

Ascensions take this a step further. When you ascend a wizard for the first time, you unlock a special skin. This skin is not just cosmetic. It actually swaps out the spell your wizard starts the run with. It is a massive game-changer for early-game survival.

Fun Fact: As a cool bonus, players who jumped in during the Early Access phase received exclusive outfits as a thank-you gift.

Reginald

Reginald is the newest recruit to the Spell Brigade wizards. His squadmates usually just call him “The Apprentice” or “New Guy”. Kavin has a weird obsession with taking damage on the battlefield, which seriously creeps out the rest of the team. His signature Rocky Road magic matches his chaotic energy, tearing up the ground and leaving a literal path of destruction behind him.

He completely hates the Sun Mage and refuses to eat anything spicy. Despite his weird quirks, he cares deeply about the team’s health and always tells everyone to get plenty of sleep before a run.

Because of this, his magic is highly unstable and completely unpredictable.

Knelly arrived in the massive 1.0 update as a pioneer in sound-based magic. The squad usually calls her “Hells Bells” or “Ding Dong”. She wears a giant, highly durable bell on her head to hone specific acoustic frequencies, which multiplies her magical output a lot.

Her chaotic playstyle involves dropping spells on the battlefield that detonate when enemies physically run into them. She reflects damage right back at her attackers whenever she takes a hit. And if she dies, she goes down with a massive explosion.
