SpiritVale Summoner Build and Leveling Guide

The Summoner is one of the coolest and most unique magic classes in SpiritVale and it’s by far my favorite. It plays differently from most other classes because with that, you can focus on smart skill placement and strategy instead of just direct physical encounters.
Once you advance into a Necromancer, you can summon multiple minions which help as you progress through the game. You also gain life-stealing abilities which is absolutely crazy. With that said, let’s begin.
What You’ll Read Here
Best SpiritVale Summoner Stats and Core Attributes
First things first, you must focus primarily on Intelligence to go towards maxing out your damage output. That’s because your character deals the vast majority of the magic damage and at the same time there’s your pet which offers minor support. Beggars can’t be choosers after all. So when your Intelligence get to a solid point, only then should you invest your remaining points into Vitality.

This way you can survive dangerous mob encounters, with no harm done. It might sound stupid at first, but hear me out. You should never equip a shield. If you do, then bad news, because shields remove your two-handed stance, which costs you a massive twenty-five percent bonus to both physical and magic attacks. Just saying.
SpiritVale Summoner Leveling
When you’re an absolute noob and start things out at level one, allocate your first five points into Soul Strike with no hesitation to handle early game monsters. When you do that, then it’s about time you placed three points into Summon Angel to get your first companion.
Then again, if you find your angel dying frequently, put five points into Guardian Bond.Otherwise, rush straight toward Dissonance Well, which is your absolute best leveling skill. Dissonance Well deals superior area of effect damage and slows enemies down like brainless zombies so they can’t reach you quickly.
Don’t forget to skip Summon Mastery early in the game because you lack the gear necessary to make your pet truly benefit from it, which is what any sane Summoner does.

Don’t underestimate Invoker for an aura that boosts your magic damage and casting speed. Follow this up by getting Suppression Field, which provides an incredibly helpful silence mechanic that reaches a one hundred percent success rate against mobs at level five. Once you reach job level fifty, visit the Necromancer NPC located in the top right corner of Festering Woods 2 to unlock it.
