There are a couple of things I need to break down for you: reinforced bandoliers increase ammo capacity for repeaters, rifles, and shotguns. As far as the reinforced gun belts are concerned, they increase ammo capacity for revolvers and pistols.
That leaves reinforced holsters, which reduce how much maintenance weapons require and reinforced off-hand holsters, which reduce how much maintenance secondary weapons require.
