Hillside Manor Strongbox Puzzle Location
The Hillside Manor is located southeast of Hernand Castle in the Crimson Desert. Once you arrive, climb the section of wall that juts out from the main building on the left side of the front door. Aim for the right-hand window near where the upper walls meet.
After climbing up, open the window and enter the room. Inside, you will find the strongbox along the wall farthest from the door.
How to Solve Crimson Desert Hillside Manor Strongbox Puzzle
In this puzzle, you must interact with different cylinders. Lower the first cylinder twice, then lower the second cylinder two times. After that, lower the third cylinder three times, the fourth cylinder four times and the fifth cylinder five times.

Before turning the mechanism to the right, press the right-hand button. Once done, open it and take the treasure inside.
Pro-tip: If the solution above does not work, take a closer look at the cylinders. When you press the right-hand button, the black line on each cylinder should sit just above the wooden marker. If it does not activate, one of the cylinders is likely slightly misaligned, so adjust it carefully until everything lines up perfectly.
Hillside Manor Strongbox Reward
You will receive the Saint’s Necklace as a reward for solving the strongbox. It grants a +5 Defense boost and comes with a Vitality trait.
Tip: Make sure to wear your mask before you take it. Stealing the item will mark you as a thief for a short time afterward.
