There are only four repeaters in Red Dead Redemption 2 in Story Mode. But that doesn’t make them any less important. Repeaters are your best mid-range weapons. Let’s look at their stats.

Evans Repeater

How to get the Evans Repeater: You can buy it from any gunsmith in the game after Chapter 4.

Litchfield Repeater

How to get the Litchfield Repeater: It becomes available for purchase at any gunsmith after completing Goodbye, Dear Friend in Chapter 6.

Carbine Repeater

How to get the Carbine Repeater: It becomes available for purchase at any gunsmith after completing the tutorial missions in Chapter 2.

Lancaster Repeater

How to get the Lancaster Repeater: It becomes available for purchase at any gunsmith after completing An American Pastoral Scene in Chapter 2.

Best Repeaters in RDR2

It’s not a hard choice to make when it comes to the best repeater in RDR2. Without a doubt, the Litchfield Repeater is the best repeater in the game as far as raw firepower is concerned. It’s a bit slow, though. And you have to wait until literally the end of the game to get your hands on it. So, it’s a late-game weapon of choice.

Until then, you can stick with the Carbine Repeater, which you can get as early as Chapter 2 after the tutorial mission.
