From there, head down and cross the bridge. Then immediately head right. You’re going to find a big locked gate which is the entrance to Eternal Spring.
Fulcrum Mark Location
To open the gate, you need an overworld key called Fulcrum Mark. It’s found in an area called South Bend, before the large bridge named Grand Passage. The key is on the south-eastern side of that area and is not hidden or hard to find.

Once you pick up the Fulcrum Mark key, return to the locked gate near Koro Valley – Lakeside and use it to enter the Eternal Spring temple. However, before proceeding, make sure to unlock the Koro Valley – Eternal Spring waypoint that’s to your left.

Then proceed to your right and enter the Temple of Eternal Spring.
