Far Far West Redwood Graves Guide: All 10 Hunter’s Soul Locations & Rewards

With the new Halloween update (Fear Fear West) that dropped, Far Far West introduced a new map with a new set of hidden graves containing 10 Hunter Souls altogether. These graves don’t appear on your map, and they are actually very well-hidden, so finding them requires a bit of looking around with your sharp sharp cowboy/cowgirl eyes.
Finding all Far Far West Redwood graves is worth the trouble, especially if you’re after the 1,000 Souls reward. There are 10 Hunter Souls to release across the Redwood map. Some are tucked inside caves, while others require climbing or finding hidden entrances.
Yeehaw your way to:
All 10 Redwood Grave Locations
The maps below show all ten Redwood grave locations. You don’t have to collect the Hunter Souls in any specific order, so start with whichever grave is closest. If you haven’t unlocked Redwood yet, finish Lady Granny’s questline in the Woodlands first.
1. Far South Coast (Offshore)

Enter the water-level cliff cave by the pirate dock where small rocks stick out of the water; at the fork inside, take the interior path that climbs up onto a rock ledge.
2. Southwest Graveyard (Dynamite)

Grab Dynamite from the cart next to the central elevated shack, walk straight down the stone stairs in front of the shack’s door, and blow up the glowing cracked rocks to enter the underground crypt.
3. West-Central Graveyard Cliffside (Zipline)

Northeast of the Graveyard, take the wooden walkway zipline across the chasm, turn right on the platform, and drop onto the rocky ledge with broken stone pillars.
4. Southeast Coast (Offshore – Spike Trap)

Drop down the coastal cliff south of the eastern red skull marker to find a narrow cave entrance marked by a purple lantern and hanging bones. Wait for the moving spike trap to rise before entering, then climb the interior rocks past the yellow work light to reach the grave.
5. East-Central Forest Rope Bridge Cave

Slightly north of Grave #4, climb the vertical rope to a circular treehouse platform, cross the wooden bridge into the cave with torches and skull signs, and drop to the bottom of the deep pit.
6. Central Riverbank (Hidden Vines by the River)

Along the central river right over the water (northwest of the green star marker), walk straight through the curtain of hanging green vines into the hidden rock alcove.
7. Northwest Shore Cave

Near the northwestern coast, look for a giant fallen tree trunk propped on a boulder next to a cave mouth; the grave is just inside the entrance.
8. Northeast Cliffside Tower

Find the ruined stone half-tower built against the northeastern cliff wall and climb its stone ledges to the very top.
9. Far North Swamp Rooftop

In the northern swamp, climb onto the roof of “Shrek’s house” (the mossy wooden hut built under the base of a giant tree).
10. North / Northeast High Cliff Cave

Climb the eastern rope tower and ride 3 consecutive treehouse ziplines north along the cliff, then dodge the swinging pendulum blade traps inside the cave. You’ll see the blue halo of the grave afterward. Go toward it and set the Hunter Soul free.
Tips for Finding the Hardest Redwood Graves
If you struggle with some of the harder-to-reach spots, make your life easier by using Double Jumps, Ice Bridge, Boing, or Thunderstrike. They are especially useful for Grave 3 (West-Central Cliffside) and Grave 10 (Northern High Cliff). Grave 2 (Southwest Graveyard) requires dynamite to clear the blocked stairs in front of the shack, so grab a stick from the cart parked right next to it.
Grave 6 (Central Riverbank) is another easy one to miss because its alcove over the water is hidden behind some very very annoying green vines. For Grave 10 (Northern High Cliff), the regular route from the eastern rope tower takes three ziplines. That takes too much time. Use movement abilities that let you skip that climb from below, though you still need to dodge the super duper dangerous swinging blades inside the cave. Watch out for those traps.
Redwood Graves Challenge Reward
Releasing all 10 Hunter Souls fulfills the Release All Souls on the Redwood Map challenge and grants us 1,000 Souls. Thankfully, you don’t have to find all ten graves in a single run. You can return for any graves you missed. That makes the harder cave locations a little less annoying to deal with.
If you’re clearing the other maps too, you can check out Desert grave locations to find another set of 10 Hunter Souls.
