Skeleton Boy
Appropriately named, Skeleton Boy is one of the lightest characters. This makes him incredibly fast too and sometimes even allows you to jump and air dash an entire section that you’d normally have to walk through. You can even change direction multiple times while falling!
Skeleton Boy’s biggest disadvantage is that his jumps are a bit low. So you have to jump around some obstacles instead of jumping over them. You can unlock Skeleton Boy with 15 bandages, so he is a solid early game choice.
Ed
If you are doing a level that needs running and jumping a lot, Ed is a solid choice. He is basically like Super Meat Boy, but much better and requires only 10 bandages to unlock. He is very tall, though, so be careful not to knock your head.
Pro-Tip: If you get all of the Forest Bandages, you can unlock both Skeleton Boy and Ed, because there are 15 of them there.
Nate
Nate is best known for his double jump. While other characters like Pumpkin Jack can also do a double jump, Nate can be unlocked sooner and easier with 40 bandages. He might not be perfect, but he sure can skip some obstacles or entire sections that would otherwise feel impossible to cross.
