Cave of Echoes in Moonlight Peaks is located on the Misty Shores and is one of the places you will visit early in the game. Finding Moonlight Peaks Cave of Echoes is not a hard task. However, the location of it is a little tricky to spot and you may get into some trouble.

Where is the Moonlight Peaks Cave of Echoes?
Cave of Echoes is located on the lower-left side of Misty Shores (west of Ambrosia Mansion). This area becomes useful once Copper Ore and Copper Bars become part of the progression path. Check the image below for exact location.
Oh wait, there is a catch. For accessing Misty Shores, you have to complete A Bridge Too Far quest. This is a lengthy quest that tests your patience. You have to make peace between Orlock and Fiona. Here is a complete walkthrough for this mission.
A Bridge Too Far Quest Guide: How to Unlock Misty Shores and Cave of Echoes
Follow this step-by-step guide to complete the A Bridge Too Far quest.
One thing to check first: this quest will not show up in your log until you have already finished Orlock’s Wine Scheme. If you have not delivered that wine to Orlock yet, go take care of it first.
Find Fiona and Learn About the Curse
Head to the woodland area located north and east of your farm. Look for Fiona, a platinum-haired witch who is easy to recognize. Speak with her to learn that Orlock angered her after making a rude joke at the bar.
As revenge, Fiona placed a curse on Orlock’s bridge. This conversation only starts the quest and provides the background story.
Return to Town and Watch Orlock React to the Curse
Leave the Moonlit Pines and return to town. A cutscene will automatically play. It shows Orlock panicking about the cursed bridge. His children, Evan and Mina, will question him about what happened.
Orlock eventually admits what he said to Fiona but refuses to apologize. This confirms that you will need to convince him to make things right. Yes, you should talk to a 5-year-old man.
Find Orlock at the Broken Lamp Bar
Travel to the Broken Lamp, the town’s bar where Orlock usually spends his time. You will find him inside while he is drunk.
Talk to him about apologizing to Fiona. After some resistance, Orlock makes a deal: he will apologize if you pay his bar tab. The bartender, Samael, warns you that the debt is massive and costs 350 coins.
Please do not pay the tab yourself yet. You will need the coins, think economically.
There is always a better way: Leave the bar and look for Mina instead.
Talk to Mina and Get the 350 Coins
Find Mina and speak with her about Orlock’s debt.
Feeling responsible for her father’s actions, Mina offers to provide the 350 coins needed to clear the debt. Accept her offer. This is the best way to complete this step without spending your own money.
Pay Off Orlock’s Bar Debt
Return to the Broken Lamp and speak with Samael. Use the 350 coins from Mina to settle Orlock’s tab.
Samael will be surprised by the payment and he will mark the debt as cleared. Orlock remains in the bar, although he will not immediately react to the payment. You are welcome dear Orlock!
Wait for Mina to Contact You
Leave the bar and return to your farm. After the debt is paid, wait for two in-game days.
On the morning of the third day, Mina will appear outside your house when you leave. She will tell you that Orlock is finally willing to apologize (Thank God) and ask you to meet them at Fiona’s house in the woods.
Witness Orlock’s Apology at Fiona’s House
Go to Fiona’s house in the woods. You will find Fiona, Mina, Evan and Orlock waiting there.
A cutscene begins where Orlock tries everything to avoid apologizing. He makes excuses and attempts to delay the conversation. Eventually, after pressure from everyone present, he gives a reluctant apology.
Fiona accepts the apology but reveals that she does not know how to remove the curse herself. Good, now we have another problem. Ok, let’s look for other witches who can help.
Recruit Noel, Sabrina and Luna
Your next objective is to find three witches: Noel, Sabrina and Luna.
Walk around town and speak with each witch. Simply starting a conversation is enough. They will agree to help and meet you at the cursed bridge. Your quest log will update as you recruit them.
Meet the Witches at the Bridge and Remove the Curse
After speaking with Noel, Sabrina and Luna, return to the cursed bridge.
A cutscene will trigger where Fiona, Noel, Sabrina and Luna gather to perform a ritual. The witches complete the ritual and remove Fiona’s curse. The bridge becomes accessible and you will unlock an achievement. Misty Shores is yours!
What is in the Cave of Echoes?
The moment you step inside the Cave of Echoes for the first time, you will run into Alina. She explains that a bunch of Vampsters have wandered off and gotten lost all over Moonlight Peaks. Then she asks for your help getting them back home to the cave.
Her own Vampster is in the right outside the entrance. From here on, keep an eye out while you are exploring town, the woodlands and the beaches. Every Vampster you find and carry back brings you closer to rounding up the full group.
The Cave of Echoes is one of the main locations for collecting Copper Ore, Iron Ore and eventually Gold Ore. To harvest Iron Ore, you must first upgrade your Pickaxe to the Copper tier. Later, mining Gold Ore deposits requires an Iron Pickaxe. There is a good point here. Upgrade your Pickaxe as soon as possible since mining and making money from it helps you in the later stage of Moonlight Peaks.
The cave is also inhabited by several Soul Blobs along with various critters, including Fader and Batterfly butterflies. During mining ore deposits, there’s also a small chance to uncover a Diamond.
Fishing spots are scattered throughout the cave. In these spots, you can catch species such as the Whisper and Leftsee.
Look out for spiral patterns on the cave floor. These mark hidden dig locations that can be excavated with a Shovel. They contain valuable loot such as Blueprints, ores, coins, Charcoal, Planks and other useful resources.
