Orc Cemetery Location & How to Start
Right off the bat, strike up a conversation with Cor Angar and choose the dialogue option, “Remind me where to find the Orc Cemetery?” to which he replies that we should go up the slope by the waterfall. To find the Orc Cemetery location in Gothic Remake: as you exit the Swamp Camp, head uphill toward the Old Camp. You’ll spot it across the river on your left.
Now leave the Temple Square and head right at the bottom of the stairs. There you will find Brother Talas sitting inside a small hut.
Where to Find Brother Talas
Interact with him and choose the dialogue option, “Cor Angar sent me. He said you could show me the way to the Orc Cemetery?”
He guides you up to this location where he doesn’t accompany you anymore.
Before then, make sure to have a couple of potions ready, since things are only going to get tougher from here on out. Remember to save your game often to avoid losing progress to the tough enemies, especially Orcs, here. Don’t forget to memorize your route since you must return alone later.
Go ahead all by yourself and kill the creatures. Don’t forget to loot these creatures for some raw meat. You will also see a Templar fighting an Orc Scout nearby. Help him and loot the Orc’s body to get the Krush Varrok two-handed sword, which is definitely a plus here.
Orc Graveyard
Now, you’ll need a bow equipped to move forward. Don’t worry if you didn’t bring one. Grab the bow and arrow from a nearby skeleton on the right path.
Shoot the stone targets on both the left and right sides of the skull to open its jaw and walk inside.
Orcish Burial Amulet Location
Once inside, check the prison cells on your right for valuable loot. Search the corpses here to get the Orcish Burial Amulet in Gothic Remake. You will actually find several of these amulets scattered among the bodies.
Pull the handle in this upper cell. Make sure to grab any loot there and drop down to the cell below to keep moving forward.
Head straight into the back corner. If you find Orcs in the upcoming room, it means you’re heading the right way. Clear them out. Again, grab any loot and proceed through the corridors.
Meet Baal Lukor, Grab Your First Half Key
In the next room, you will find Baal Lukor fighting Orcs. Help him and talk to him until you exhaust his dialogue.
When you see two rooms, enter the left one with a greenish-blue tint. Kill the Orc at the end and loot him to find half of a key.
Grab Your Second Half Key
Now, drop down into the orange-floored area. Clear the Orcs and stick to the right side.
Go all the way down the far right corridor into the room to find a lever on the ground near where you see a lot of corpses.
Pick up the lever and take it back. Put the lever in and loot the body inside to get the second half of the key.
Tell Baal Lukor you found it. He then combines the two halves to form the Orc Graveyard Key. Follow him when he opens the door and carefully fight through the large room full of Orcs.
Climb the ruins at the back and cross the bridge to find another door. Baal Lukor will use a focus stone to open it.
Kill Baal Lukor and Loot the Focus Stone
There are a couple of chests to loot from. You can grab some goodies like the Warrior’s Ring of Power and Extract of Magic Energy. Now go through the main room. Then he’s going to go berserk and you must fight him. After you’ve taken care of him, loot his body to get the Judgment Sword and Focus from Ocean Cliff.
Head all the way back to the swamp camp temple. Go to the very back of the temple to trigger a final cutscene with Cor Angar to finish the quest.
This rewards you with a solid 2,000 experience points, which makes the quest well worth the effort.
