Breathedge 2 Attendant Quest: Where to Find All 3 Parts

Breathedge 2 Attendant is a creepy side quest you can find by exploring the area around the train station. It is a pair of legs standing on a platform with nothing else attached. To fully assemble her, you need to track down her head, torso, and hand (or arm). The good news is they are all very easy to find. So without further ado, here’s where to find all three parts and how to finish the quest.
What You’ll Read:
Where to Find the Attendant
The Attendant platform is near the train station, off to the left side. You’ll know you’re in the right spot when you spot a pair of legs bolted to a base with nothing else attached. The platform can be frozen over when you first arrive, so don’t assume you’re in the wrong place if it looks locked down.

This is a side quest, not part of the main story, so skipping it won’t stop your progress through Chapter 1. It also sits right next to the Antenna repair quest, so it’s worth completing both while you’re in the area.
All Attendant Part Locations
There are three Attendant body parts you need to find and bring to the platform. They’re all pretty close by, but the last one is a bit further away. Here’s the quick overview:
| Part | Location |
|---|---|
| Head | Floating near the oxygen station, left of the platform |
| Torso | Under the rocks below and behind the platform |
| Arm | Floating above the ice paths towards the right side of the platform. |
Head
While you are facing the Attendant platform, turn around and go towards the right side. You will find a bench under a flickering light, and the head is floating above it.

Torso
Go back to the Attendant station and move past it. Drop down the cliff but not too much. You will find Torso there.

Arm
The arm is a bit further away, but not really! While facing the platform, you will see some ice paths to your right (or northeast if you will) that lead to a giant ice ball. The hand is floating above that ice path.

How to Fix the Attendant
Once you’ve got all three parts, carry them back to the platform and slot them onto the base one at a time. There’s no puzzle here, no combination or order to worry about; just walk up with each piece and place it. The moment the last part clicks in, the Attendant achievement shows up, and you get rewarded +2 Physical protection.

So it’s less a repair job and more a scavenger hunt with extra steps. And easy steps too. What you’ll really need help with is the Foreman Test. So check that out next.
FAQ
What does the Attendant achievement description say?
The unlock text reads “Every station needs an attendant.” If you saw that pop-up and came here to find the parts, you’re in the right place.
What is the Attendant achievement reward?
You will get Physical protection +2 as the reward once you finish the quest.
Does skipping the Attendant block anything else?
No. It’s listed as fully optional, and the antenna and communication chain can progress without it. It is a side quest after all.
