The ARC Raiders Reward Pass not progressing bug makes a successful extraction feel like a waste of time. Your post-raid screen celebrates a level-up, but when you’re back in Speranza, your Reward Pass is still stuck at the same level.
The issue appeared after the Frozen Trail 2.0 update, and Embark has officially acknowledged it. Here’s why your Reward Pass keeps resetting and what you can do about it.

Why Is the ARC Raiders Reward Pass Not Progressing?
The Frozen Trail 2.0 update introduced the new Reward Pass system on October 8, replacing Cred with Reward Points. Unfortunately, some accounts stopped progressing correctly after the update.
In the October 9 Hotfix 2.0.2 notes, Embark Studios officially acknowledged the problem and confirmed that a solution was being worked on. However, that hotfix did not resolve the Reward Pass bug.
Why Does the Reward Pass Reset After Every Raid?
Here’s the frustrating part. The post-raid screen can show several Reward Pass levels unlocking, but once you’re back in Speranza, your pass is still at its previous level.
The results screen may be displaying more progress than you’ve actually earned. However, that doesn’t explain every case, and Embark hasn’t confirmed the underlying cause. I’d trust the actual Reward Point total in the Reward Pass menu over the flashy post-raid animation for now.
How to Check If Your ARC Raiders Reward Pass Is Stuck
First, make sure Frozen Trail is your active Reward Pass. The older Raider Decks are now part of the Legacy Pass, and only one pass can receive Reward Points at a time. Next, check your Reward Points before completing another Feat. Easy Feats award 15 points, while Medium Feats give 25. Hard Feats award 50 points.
You also receive 250 bonus points for each of the three weekly milestones. When you’ve collected those bonuses, progression slows down considerably until the weekly reset.
After completing a Feat, return to Speranza and compare your actual point total. If the points increased but your level didn’t, you may simply need more points. If completed Feats aren’t adding points at all, you’re likely dealing with the acknowledged progression issue.
Is There a Fix for the ARC Raiders Reward Pass Bug?
As of October 11, Embark hasn’t released a confirmed fix. There is also no official guarantee that missing Reward Points will be restored. For now, I’d document your Reward Point total before and after a completed Feat. If your progress remains stuck, submit the details through the official ARC Raiders support page.
Embark is working on a solution, but hasn’t announced a confirmed release date. Until then, I wouldn’t risk deleting save data over a progress bar that can’t seem to make up its mind.
