As I mentioned before, you unlock Quik Build after moving in your fifth Mii. You also need to solve a resident’s request for a bench. This shop is your main source for outdoor scenery. Here, you can buy various items like streetlights, hedges, flower beds, and vending machines, and use Island Builder in the game menu to decorate the island.
