The creature-catching open-world RPG Aniimo has just released, but its full voice cast is still being revealed. So far, several voice actors have been officially confirmed, including Sonya Krueger, who voices the Female Protagonist. I’ll update this list as more Aniimo voice actors and character roles are revealed.

Aniimo English Voice Cast and Characters
At the moment, several Aniimo voice actors have been publicly confirmed through IMDb and official announcements. According to Aniimo’s official Steam page, the game supports full audio in English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, which suggests there are more voice actors involved across its different language dubs. However, their names and roles are yet to be officially revealed.
Female Protagonist Voiced by Sonya Krueger
Sonya Krueger voices the Female Protagonist in Aniimo. Krueger confirmed the role herself on X following the game’s release. Her name appears on the game’s IMDb page alongside other confirmed cast members.
In her announcement, Krueger said she was excited to finally reveal her involvement after having to keep the role a secret. Here’s what she wrote:
With her announcement, we now officially know who voices one of Aniimo’s main English voice roles. But she’s no novice when it comes to the voice acting world. She’s a veteran voice actress who has voiced a lot of video game and animated characters before.
One of her most notable works is Genshin Impact where she voices several characters like Jahoda, Asmu, Kabewa, Gendou Ringo, Chard Lombro, Little Chard, Strange Robot, and Vesa. Too many roles in just one game, huh? But that’s not it, of course.
She also voices Nautika in the English version of the Reverse: 1999 video game and Mermaid Princess Sereia in The Little Mermaid animated movie.
Male Protagonist Voiced by Nathan Wagner
Nathan Wagner provides the voice of the Male Protagonist in Aniimo. He’s a prolific voice actor who’s known for his roles such as Nebulor in the Run Monsters Run TV series and Eitan in the Bratz: Video Game Starz TV series.
Nicole Voiced by Ari Thrash
Nicole is voiced by Ari Thrash. Think of Nicole as one of the player’s early guides in the world of Aniimo. She introduces the Pathfinder to the game’s core mechanics, like how to capture Aniimo using Aniipods.
Ari Thrash is known for her role as Coppélia in Reverse: 1999 and she’s set to play the role of Marie in Persona 4 Revival, which comes out next year in 2027.
Helion Voiced by Aiden Dawn
Aiden Dawn voices Helion, who’s the embodiment of Sol and one of the two companions you can choose at the beginning of Aniimo. He follows you wherever you go and when the time comes and you need help, he’s going to be there for you.
Lunara Voiced by Nadia Marshall
Nadia Marshall provides the voice of Lunara, who’s the other companion choice that represents Lun. Lunara’s somehow a little bit different from Helion and more toward harmony and wisdom.
Irelia Voiced by Haven Schneider
Irelia is voiced by Haven Schneider. So, Irelia is a unique Irisalis Aniimo who plays an important role in Aniimo’s story. She’s one of the special Aniimo who can communicate with humans directly. Without spoiling anything, she’s got something to do with Bloomville’s Bloom Festival.
Aeolus Voiced by Jonathon Ha
Jonathon Ha voices Aeolus, an Aniimo phantom who is the ruler of Zephyr Coast. Ha’s a Japanese American voice actor who you might know from the roles of Kengo Kuga in the Sparks of Tomorrow TV series and Jang Tae-Ha in the Our Sticky Love TV series.
Dr. Lewis Voiced by Conner Allison
Conner Allison provides the voice of Dr. Lewis, who is a member of the Polaris Institute. He leads the expedition team and he’s also your instructor that guides you through missions and Elite Training throughout the journey.
Sunia Voiced by Skylar Holt
Sunia is voiced by Skylar Holt in Aniimo. She’s a talented perfumer from Bloomville who happens to be your companion during part of the story.
Principal Ozwen Voiced by Corey Wilder
Corey Wilder voices Principal Oswen, who is the head of the Polaris Institute. He’s one of the characters who guide you during your journey.
Bohr Voiced by Brandon Jay Winckler
Brandon Jay Winckler provides the voice of Bohr in Aniimo. Bohr is the head of the Aniimology Department at the Polaris Institute and warns you about bad things that might happen to you during your adventure.
