The Chop Chop Inc mysterious well had me throwing half my inventory into it. Eggs, crops, chicken meat, you name it. Nothing happened. Turns out the answer is 666 gold, and the clue was inside the well the whole time. Open it, and you get a chicken statue named Priscilla with a sacrifice bowl in front of it that has four rituals to solve. Where to Find the Mysterious Well
Look for the mysterious purple portal with the padlock on it in the spooky forest area. The well is up the hill to your left from there. That padlocked portal is hard to miss. Use the purple portal as your anchor point instead of wandering the map, and you will find it in no time.
How to Open the Well in Chop Chop Inc
Drop 666 gold into the well. The clue is inside the well itself: a pentagram with coin imagery around it, and it is easy to walk past.
Note: Make sure you are holding the right resource. The 666 is gold currency, not gold wood. Gold wood is a separate crafting material that turns up later as a ritual ingredient.
Opening the well drops you into a lava pool with a chicken statue altar. The statue is Priscilla, and the container in front of her is the sacrifice bowl. Four pillars surround it. Each one has a faint drawing that hints at a ritual, which you ignored and walked past them, right? Well, you shouldn’t have!
Those are ingredients to make some pretty crazy stuff. Ingredients go in any order. The bowl takes only what a ritual needs, so don’t worry if you put more than it needs. There is no completion indicator, though, so note down which rituals you have finished.

Where to Get Raw Duck
For Mount Duckmore, look up and to the left of the lab area into the mountain range. I think this is the best spot, but some players also spotted it behind Sir Island out in the distance.
Where to Get Gold Wood
Gold wood comes from the Void Portal area, where the cult ducks are. You do not gamble for it.
There is a second Portal Door underneath the first rock, on the opposite side from where you came in. It leads to a set of floating rocks carrying more resources. Be careful, though. It’s easy to miss.
How to Get More Golden Eggs
Sold all your golden eggs and now the Demonic Chicken ritual is out of reach? The Egg + Gold Wood ritual is your fix. It is the only repeatable one of the four rituals, and it gifts you a Golden Egg straight into your inventory whenever you have the materials.
Some players also reported that chickens drop them on their own as well.
Then there are the black chickens from the Demonic Chicken ritual, and this is where it gets interesting. If you leave them alive, they keep producing Golden Eggs in the world! If you kill them, you get 3 chicken legs each, against the 2 the ritual costs.
So the ritual pays for itself if you cull them. You can even make a profit out of their genocide. (Not that you should; I’m just saying.)
Both of those last details come from players rather than confirmed mechanics. I haven’t seen that myself. So test it on one chicken before you slaughter the flock and let me know if you have.

Yes. Throw ingredients into the sacrifice bowl in any order you like. The bowl only consumes what a ritual actually needs, so overfilling it will not waste anything.
Why isn’t my Demonic Chicken ritual working?
At least one player hit this exact problem with the other three rituals working fine. Check that you have 2 Grilled Chicken Legs and a Golden Egg in the bowl, then try re-entering the area.
Is there an achievement for the well?
No. Chop Chop Inc has 21 achievements with three hidden ones, and none of them are tied to the well, the sacrifice bowl, or any ritual. Ignore any guide that says otherwise.
