One more important note: Blue asks for any hot coffee, so you can technically serve any recipe you want. However, if you are aiming for the best endings, it is recommended to give her a Honey Mango Coffee to keep her storyline on the optimal path.

Coffee Talk Tokyo Ending Guide
After Ayame leaves, the game will roll the ending credits and show which endings you have unlocked. If you have followed this walkthrough correctly, you should receive all of the best endings along with several additional achievements.
Depending on your platform, achievement notifications may appear on screen to confirm that you have unlocked the best endings. If they do not appear, you can also check the in-game achievements menu to review which endings you may have missed.
If you are missing any endings, the best approach is to replay the specific days where the relevant characters appear and serve them the recommended drinks for each of those days. After that, replay Day 15 again using the same guide.
If the ending still does not change, consider overlapping character storylines. Some characters are interconnected. For example, Blue is linked to both Vin and Jun. Therefore, you may need to revisit and correct the orders for all related characters before replaying Day 15 once more.

The World’s Warmest Violin
Reunite Akiko and Ayame on Day 15. This requires correctly serving all drinks for both Fuku and Ayame. If successful, Akiko gifts you a violin after the credits.
True Blue Nights
Get Jun and Rachel to perform “Blue Nights” together during the credits. You must correctly serve Jun and Hendry to trigger Rachel’s appearance on Day 14.
Madeleine de Ghost
On Day 8, Yuki and Erika bring Ayame a bento. Serve Ayame a warm Matcha:
