Hood Warfare 2 Killstreaks Guide: Snitch, Drive-By & More

Imagine getting a bunch of kills just to unlock a Snitch. That’s the kind of humor we’re dealing with here. Hood Warfare 2 killstreaks take the familiar Call of Duty formula and give it a Chicago makeover, with rewards like the Snitch UAV and Drive-By support. Here’s what each confirmed killstreak does and what we know about the others.
Table of Contents
How Do Hood Warfare 2 Killstreaks Work?
Hood Warfare 2 rewards you for ranking up kills during a match. These rewards give you extra support in combat, whether that’s revealing enemy positions or calling in armed backup.
Snitch Killstreak: How It Works
The Snitch is basically Hood Warfare 2’s version of the UAV from Call of Duty. It reveals enemy positions on the map and helps you locate opponents instead of running around looking for a fight. You’ll see a SNITCH READY notification when the reward becomes available. I’ll admit, calling your reconnaissance system a Snitch is pretty hilarious.

Drive-By Killstreak: How It Works
The Drive-By is exactly the kind of ridiculous backup you’d expect from this game. It brings vehicle-based fire support, with music blasting as armed occupants shoot from the windows.

Unlike the Snitch, which helps you locate enemies, the Drive-By provides offensive support. Trapstar Games also adjusted Drive-By locations on certain maps in Patch 1.0.10 on October 12, so its placement has already received some changes.
Other Hood Warfare 2 Killstreaks: Homies and Suicide Bomber
Homies and Suicide Bomber are two additional killstreaks in the game. I’ve seen both with on-screen ready notifications, although their exact abilities haven’t been independently verified.

For now, there’s also no reliable confirmation of the complete killstreak roster or how many kills each reward requires. So if you come across a guide claiming specific numbers without gameplay evidence, take those details with a grain of salt.
